SWINGING
TEA PARTY

Pentyrch Tuesday Lunch Club together with Radyr & District Good Neighbours Scheme held their Autumn Tea on Thursday 24 October 2002 at the Pentyrch Village Hall.

The Saxophone group
KINTAMA, who were based in Manchester and recommended by  Music Live Now, entertained the 23 people who attended and the volunteers present.

The group was comprised of four young ladies, who introduced themselves and their instruments before playing some lively music which got everyone clapping their hands and tapping their feet.  Some got up and danced and others joined in the singing of some old time favourites.  No chance of an afternoon snooze.

Tasty sandwiches and a selection of cakes were supplied by the Tuesday Lunch Club.

If you would like to join the luncheon club or could spare just one hour per month to help the Good Neighbour scheme please contact Barbara Willis, Co-ordinator on 029 20 842444
